Pack Lab, Inc. believes in protecting your privacy throughout all aspects of our business. We hope you will take the time to read the following policy, which explains what information we collect from you at our website and how we use that information. By using our site, products or services you agree to be bound by this policy, that may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.
Information We Collect
When you visit our web site, we collect your computer’s IP address. We also collect personal identifying information that you knowingly provide to us. When you become a Pack Lab client, you will be given special access to our website. We use information you have previously provided (such as company name, your name, address, phone number, fax number and E-mail address) to personally identify you. You will also be providing product information, such as type, quantity, lot number expiration date and other pertinent information for the completion of the job. You may also be asked from time to time to provide personal identifying information to us under other circumstances, such as when you are billed for the completion of a job or to participate in a survey. None of the personal identifying information we collect from you will be used or disclosed except as described in this policy.
You can modify or correct your personal information at any time by contacting our marketing director. As a standard policy, Pack Lab will never display any of your confidential information on our website at any time.
How Your Information is Used
When you submit personal identifying information through our site, that information is shared throughout Pack Lab to allow us to complete your job. We will also use the information you submit to improve the kinds and types of services we offer. We will never sell or otherwise divulge your personal information for marketing purposes.

Aggregate information: In general, Pack Lab does not provide aggregate usage or tracking information to third parties. Aggregate information does not contain user-specific information that would reveal the identity of a client or employee using our site. However, we may share this information when requested as part of an investigation, to comply with law or with legal process.
Information disclosed to third parties: We do not share your private or personal information with outside companies.
Children’s Privacy Online
We are especially concerned about protecting the privacy of children. However, we do not monitor the age of our user audience. Therefore, if you are under age 13, you should never submit personal identifying information to the Pack Lab website without the consent of your parent or guardian.
E-mail information submitted to Pack Lab, Inc. is used to analyze and respond to the inquiry. We do not collect personal information for any other purposes than to respond to you. Moreover, we do not store any personal information independent of the e-mail message, create individual profiles with the information you provide, or give or sell it to any outside organizations. We also do not collect information for commercial marketing purposes.
